Northpup is a guidance and record-keeping tool, not a veterinarian. Its coaching and growth ranges are general educational information — not medical advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your dog's health decisions.
Northpup provides a personalized first-year plan, milestone map, and health/growth tracking for your puppy. Content is generated from your dog's breed and age together with the information you enter. It is intended to help you organize and stay on top of your pup's first year — it does not replace professional veterinary, training, or behavioral care.
Growth ranges are shown as a typical range for the breed and are informational only. Coaching steps are general guidance. Individual dogs vary, and only your veterinarian can assess your specific animal. Never delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read in Northpup. If your pup shows signs of illness or distress, contact a vet.
The records you enter — your dog's profile, weights, vaccine logs and milestones — are yours. They are stored on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups; we cannot recover data that is lost if you delete the app without a device backup.
Northpup offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions: Northpup Pro at $49.99/year (with a 7-day free trial) or $9.99/month. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's standard terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Northpup's full end-user license is Apple's standard EULA: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Use Northpup only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the app. We may update or discontinue features over time.
Northpup is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that its guidance will fit every dog or situation. Your use is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYRIOT LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Northpup, including any decisions made in reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Northpup after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
